Sealing Rings
Inner & Outer Seals

Made from High-Performance Plastics for Dynamic Applications

Our innovative rectangular seal was developed specifically for sealing rotary joints—such as those found in gearboxes or fluid-powered actuators. It is engineered to withstand variable pressures, high rotational speeds, and continuous thermal loads. Featuring a maintenance-free design, utilizing state-of-the-art high-performance polymers, and offering full media compatibility with all standard commercial oils, it delivers maximum performance with minimal effort.

Opt for efficiency, leak-tightness, and future-proof reliability—made for motion.

Sealing rings for oil rotary joints

The sealing rings and rectangular rings used in rotary oil unions are exposed to extreme loads. The use of GAPI’s high-performance plastics—such as PAI GLon™ (based on Torlon® PAI) and PEEK GSpire™ (based on KetaSpire® PEEK)—has proven highly effective. These exceptional materials withstand consistently high pressures, rotational speeds, and temperatures.

Through continuous optimization, friction losses, leakage, and wear are reduced to an absolute minimum.

Our Advantages

  • Maintenance-free and wear-resistant; exceptional longevity and lasting sealing function
  • Metal and PTFE replacement; lightweight and easy to install
  • Good media resistance; compatible with all standard commercial oils
  • Sustainable materials; PFAS-free
