About us

Precision in high-performance plastics –
from the idea to series production

GAPI Technische Produkte GmbH specialises in the development, production and sale of sophisticated components and assemblies made of high-performance plastics such as PAI GLon™ and PEEK GSpire™. These materials are based on the high-performance polymers Torlon® PAI and KetaSpire® PEEK and offer outstanding mechanical, thermal as well as chemical properties.

With decades of experience and unique know-how in the processing of high-performance thermoplastics, we are one of the world's largest injection molding processors of Torlon® PAI. We accompany our customers from the initial idea to series production – from the selection of materials and the design of new components to the optimisation of existing systems and series production.

Part of the GAPI GROUP

GAPI Technische Produkte GmbH is part of the internationally active GAPI GROUP with headquarters near Bergamo, Italy. The companies in the group specialise in the development, design and manufacture of high-quality sealing solutions made of elastomers, PTFE and plastics, as well as semi-finished products and fluid power seals made of thermoplastic elastomers (PU). In addition to manufacturing, the range of services also includes the design and sale of these technologically sophisticated components.
