GAPI Technische Produkte GmbH is part of the internationally active GAPI Group and an established partner of leading OEMs in the automotive and supplier industries. As a specialist in components and sealing solutions made from high-performance plastics, we support our customers comprehensively – from technical consulting and design to material selection and series production.

A particular focus is on processing Torlon® PAI, a high-performance polymer with exceptional mechanical, thermal, and chemical properties. Based on this material, GAPI develops and manufactures highly precise components such as O-rings, thrust washers, and bearings that meet the highest requirements for dimensional accuracy, temperature resistance, and load capacity. Additional high-performance plastics such as PEEK (KetaSpire®) are also used.

With decades of experience, GAPI is recognized worldwide as a leading processor of Torlon® PAI. Specially developed manufacturing and process solutions enable reliable injection molding of this demanding material, allowing large quantities to be produced economically and consistently.
